- You agree to complete actions honestly and without fraud.
3. Testers

- Testers complete eligible actions for campaigns.
- Actions must be completed according to campaign guidelines.
- Rewards are subject to advertiser approval.
3.2 Rewards
- Rewards are provided after campaign approval.
- Rewards may be physical products, gift cards, or other items.
- Rewards are subject to availability.
- No cash equivalent is offered for rewards.
4. Creators
4.1 How It Works
- Creators share campaign links with their audience.
- Creators earn commission for approved conversions.
- Commission rates are set per campaign.
4.2 Creator Responsibilities
- Creators must be transparent about commercial relationships.
- Creators must not make false claims or misrepresent campaigns.
- Creators must follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Using fake or fraudulent information.
- Attempting to manipulate tracking or conversions.
- Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent rules.
- Sharing campaign links in inappropriate or spammy ways.
- Making false claims about rewards or campaigns.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform belongs to Vistar.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content.
- You retain ownership of your user-generated content.
7. Privacy
- We collect information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We may share information with advertisers for campaign purposes.
8. Disclaimers
- Vistar is provided "as is" without warranties.
- We do not guarantee campaign availability or rewards.
- We are not responsible for advertiser actions or decisions.
9. Liability
- Vistar is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any).
- We are not responsible for actions of creators or testers.
10. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.
- You may delete your account at any time.
- Termination does not affect pending payouts.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
